Women’s work 09/04

A circle of women, in chairs, sitting with both feet on the floor arms on legs or softly folded. Blue pleated skirts, white shirts, blue bow ties, gold cross. White lace tablecloth. Candle under the table capturing spirits, grounding the energy. Just one guy, Hamilton on the guitar.

3 small swigs sent the 20 of us spinning up and all around, on a terrific journey.

The music, sometimes incredible, sometimes horrid. The women’s energies, like cats, frisky and aggressive. No where to run.

Ageless wonder, I was, ancient beyond counting, like a tree, Hideyo said.

The Phoenix feather, plucked from my grandaughter’s wing. How it made her sing and brought her back to life.

Integrity

Integrity comes from an intention to be honest and true to yourself and others. Having integrity means that you can be trusted to do what you say you will do. It also means that your actions are congruent with your feelings. Integrity comes from a deep connection with self. It is characterized by a willingness to speak your truth, to address your shadow issues honestly, and to complete issues with yourself and others.

Integrity is determined by:

1. The things you do everyday in your own privacy. It determines where you are at, where you are going or why you’ve failed.
2. Your obsessions.
3. Knowledge is not wisdom. Wisdom is the application of knowledge.
4. If you can see where you failed – you can see where you lost focus.
5. That which angers you determines the focus of your life.
6. Enemies are valuable because they make you move and reconsider your present survival.

The bird tribes have returned. We are here to excite your memory. To ignite your souls and prepare your minds for outer space. Sit back, relax, take a deep breath and say a prayer. When you are close to me you will find that whatever you think will happen to you in a profound way. You will start to take responsibility for your own powers (yes you do have them) and for those of you who know that you have special powers we will be working on how to remember your ethics, values and how to clean up bad karma.

Now lets get started.

You have to create what you are looking for. It is that easy. There is nowhere to look outside, only within. Just breathe and open your eyes and you will see it coming towards you in multicolored prisms of magnetization materializing like alchemy. Pure love meets pure mind. What a wild combination.

To all the ones who have, at one time or another, loved me – thank you. I needed that connection.

I’ve reincarnated many times to get to this time and space and if my memory serves me right, I remember you. Sometimes, unfortunately, the memory is not always pleasant and I have some unresolved anger. I can’t help but mentalize, if I were to forgive you this time would it change something in the future? Most times — yes. There have been few exceptions, you know who you are. The time will come when the energy resets itself.

Ive been deep diving inside of my own blackhole. 11.11.11.11 1121.1121 it’s my obsession in case you haven’t noticed. In my drive to be authentic and true to the goals I set in my childhood I will always tell the truth at whatever cost. Till death do I swear! Wow. I never realized where that simple pledge would take me. Why did it not have the same effect on my best friend Marci or my sister? Was I the only one who meant it?

My love, you have been the greatest teacher thus far. You have taken me on the soul ride of my life. 1212 1212 its like a plane ride going straight up and climbing at a steady speed. Is this safe for the heart? Will I explode if I love you more? Love is not what I thought it was. I am humbled and torn up at its feet. I am freed by her wings. Can I just relax and find me?

My cosmic sisters on the network constantly pinging my bell when I least expect it. You know us mental navigators are a rare breed. The ones who can track their thoughts back to origin. Can you split yourself up that much in order to create more witnesses of the witness? How big do you know yourself as? I’m afraid of my own shadow. 1333313333. I’ve known this day would come since I was a little girl reading the diaries of Amelia Earhart. Oh, to tell the truth and the whole truth. Very difficult there are way too many complexities so I’ll tell you my new story looking back and picking the highest perspective I am capable of at this moment.

You cant lock me up because I can hide and you wont be able to find me. ☺ I am safe now.

Relieved, free, present. Clear.

It was a powerful expierence, I had no idea what this was going to look like or how I was going to feel by doing this ceremony. I trusted spirit completely and amazing things were shown to me.

I saw how most people suffer before they die or suffer the death process, so few are prepared, there were so many beings lost in this world – this ghost world. How do they pass through? Do they just have a strong will to find the light?

So many passed through me. Millions they told me.

Cows, chickens, eastern Europeans, 911 victims, the witches, individuals, the earthquake in Iran, the Palestinieans and Isrealis…

Follow your bliss, know your own truth. Know your own voice, make your own choice. Like attracts like. Keep positive company, keep the vibrations good. If your vibration or that of another’s quivers or shakes, slow down to your own breath and notice what vibration you’re holding. Track your breath, are you deep, slow and steady? or short and shallow? Find your depth and the answers will come. Don’t ignore the feelings that knock at the door. You don’t need to let them all in at once but you can always walk through the door, visit with your emotions and decide which ones should come forth. At least know what part of you is asking for recognition. If you ignore them too often, they will become anger and force their way out. If we as a species could together master this type of self-knowledge. Then we could heal together in profound ways and experience a life we only dreamed about – is it utopia?
